JERRY UNDERWOOD has been litigating cases on behalf of his clients for over 22 years.  Jerry has represented his clients in cases in state and federal courts, and in private arbitrations and mediations.

Jerry also handles cases pending in governmental agencies, including the California Labor Commissioner, the United States Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing.

Jerry has gained a reputation for being an aggressive yet reasonable litigator who will seek the best possible outcome for his clients and obtain the justice you deserve in the most efficient and effective manner available.

Before establishing his own law office, Jerry worked at some of Southern California’s premier law firms, including a national employment law firm, where he honed his litigation and counseling skills needed to effectively represent his clients.

Before passing the bar exam and becoming a member of the State Bar of California, Jerry obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles where he was a member of St. Thomas More Law Honor Society and served as the Executive Editor of the International Law Review.  Jerry obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of California, Davis.
